Basic Service

We repair and service all types of antique, vintage and modern wrist and pocket watches (except for Timex and Casio). Our basic service, which we refer to as a COA (Clean-Oil-Adjust) includes the disassembly of movement, five step ultrasonic cleaning, reassembly of movement, oiling, testing, adjustment and quality control testing.

This basic service also includes: the polishing of plastic crystals, case and bracelet cleaning, and adjustment of clasp. Optional case and bracelet refinishing is available. (This is included in the price of all Rolex services).

Authorized Factory Service

Stoll & Co. is the factory authorized service center in the United States for Jean d’Eve, Xemex, AeroWatch, and Revue Thommen.

Antique, Vintage and Complicated Watch Repair and Restoration

An antique or vintage watch, in many cases, is one of the oldest and most treasured heirlooms a family member owns. We excel and take special care in servicing these valued pieces. All types of perpetual movements, moonphase indicator, split second chronograph, repeater and tourbillon watches can be serviced.

We have repaired and restored many watches that other watchmakers and manufacturers can't or won't work on.

Parts

We can replace all watch parts needed, including; hands, dials, crystals, and internal parts. In most cases, when parts are unavailable, we can manufacture parts and cut crystals to fit. Dials can be refinished, and we can supply diamond dials and bezels for most Swiss watches. We supply original or replacement bracelets, straps and buckles for most watches.

Estimates

When requested, estimates are provided within 72 hours of receipt. Estimates are also supplied when additional work is neccessary, beyond your original request. As always, there is no charge for estimates.

Warranties

We warranty our work on the following services: COA, new movement and circuit repair. Our warranty period is six to twelve months for all quartz and high-grade mechanical pieces.

The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts used, and the correction of service or timing issues. It does not, of course, cover parts not replaced or work we have not performed, damage to the crystal, case or bracelet. The warranty is null and void when there is evidence of damage, abuse, neglect or rust.

Goldsmithing and Gemstone Replacement

We repair karat gold bracelets, lugs and cases, and size karat gold bands. Our skilled jewelers can pave karat gold cases or bracelets, and replace diamond and other gemstones to an exact match. Fabrication of cases by design is also available.

Special Services

Stoll Express

Our Stoll Express service allows you to tell us the date you need a “rush” job back in your store. We will always try to accommodate these special requests, but in the event of a delay, you will be notified.

Training and Sales Programs

A complete and thorough approach to the watch service and sales department will result in higher profits and increased market share. Stoll & Co. can provide customized training programs, coordinate repair clinics, and provide ad slicks for your watch department. Take advantage of our many years of experience.

Brokerage Services

We will help to locate or liquidate that special antique, vintage or modern high-grade wrist or pocket watch. We buy, sell or trade. Please contact us for information on watches currently available and our “Want List”. We also provide complete and accurate Estate and Insurance appraisals.
